PIE NIGHTS

With Pastor Mark

Lend a voice to the future of our church. Pastor Mark is hosting five "Pie Nights" to better understand the unique needs of the community of Chelsea by creating space to have candid conversations. His desire is to know you, hear your story, and to receive insight into how God is speaking to you.

Pie Nights are designed to bring larger groups of people together in a family meeting of sorts, to discuss our challenges and opportunities. RSVP today to reserve a spot at the table!

DAY OF PRAYER & FASTING

Thursdays in October

Pastor Mark is devoting each Thursday in the month of October for fasting and prayer to humbly seek God’s direction for Chelsea Free Methodist Church.

You are invited to join him at the Activity Center from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm to pray with him if you are able. If not then, he asks you to set aside a specific time each week to seek God’s face in looking for His leading regarding the days ahead for our church.

CFMC THROWDOWN

Chili Cookoff

Prepare your tastebuds for the battle. It’s time for a Chelsea Free Methodist Church throwdown.  Bring a crockpot of chili to compete or join us to eat and vote on Sunday, November 3, immediately after service in the WSEC Cafeteria.

Three judging categories include Chef's Choice, People's Choice and Tongue Burner! Bragging rights are at stake. Don't miss this fun event for our church. Invite a friend!

HALLOWEEN OUTREACH

Cider & Donuts

We'll be out in force serving free cider and donuts and handing our treat bag to kids. Smiling faces are ready to serve our neighbors along Washington Street (outside our Activity Center) during Chelsea's Trick or Treating hours (5:30 - 7:30 pm).

** Candy donations collected on the Sundays leading up to Halloween. Join us on Saturday, October 26, in the Activity Center at 6 PM to stuff bags. Pizza provided. **

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

Who Needs Christmas

Ladies, prepare for the Christmas season by joining us to unpack why the improbability of the Christmas story is what makes it so believable. The story of Jesus’ birth was not what anyone expected: a baby…born in the armpit of the Mediterranean…to save us from sins that no one thought we needed saving from. No one could have made it up.

The new study begins Tuesday, November 5th, from 9:30 – 11:30 am in the Activity Center (WSEC 400 Bldg).

COFFEE WITH PASTOR MARK

Agricole Cafe

Conversation. Caffeine. Connections. No appointment necessary. Stop by Agricole (our new community market, coffee shop, and social space near the Train Depot) on Wednesday mornings to chat about anything you would like. Use this opportunity to get to know Pastor Mark, share your story, or ask questions about our church. By popular demand, October dates added to the schedule!
