After nearly twenty years of prayer and sacrificial giving, we are poised to begin the construction of our new worship and gathering center on our 70-acre parcel located at 11875 Jackson Rd. On May 30th, we held a groundbreaking service that included a time of prayer and thanksgiving for His provision while re-affirming our commitment to the mission He has given us.

Check back here frequently. We are adding pictures regularly as construction gets underway.

Our most pressing prayer need is for God’s favor while navigating the two-part grant approval process to secure provisions for completing our project.

Please be reminded to “pray always and not lose heart” as given to us in the parable of the persistent widow from Luke 18:1-8.

Progress Week of July 26th:

  • Footers and foundation blocks installed. However, the pouring of the foundation was delayed due to excessive rain.
  • Conduit for plumbing and electrical set in place. Praise - we passed inspection!
  • The first delivery of Wick Building materials is scheduled for July 30th.
  • Wick assembly/construction is scheduled to begin August 3rd or 4th.
  • The Revitalization Team met to talk through Up/In/Out strategies to align us with God's desired future for our church. As a result, clarity regarding the "new thing" God is doing is coming into focus.
  • The grant writing process is underway to secure additional funding for alternates excluded due to budgetary constraints, i.e., finish the mezzanine area and install back pad & sails. Also, the grant will allow us to install new furniture, fixtures, and audio/visual equipment.
